Weeks before the outbreak of World War III, Martian Manhunter attempts to bring Black Adam to justice himself. Numerous countries have been the victim of Adam's wrath, and those who haven't yet been attacked are scrambling to prepare themselves in the event that his baleful eye turns to them.
