Daredevil and Ka-Zar are on the run, trying to escape with Ka-Zar's medallion intact. Unfortunately, they are felled by a grenade before Daredevil can get them out of the way. It soon becomes a race, with Ka-Zar arrested an accused of murder, Plunderer armed with his devastating weapon, and Foggy Nelson called in to defend a man in court with no evidence to prove his innocence.
