Matt Murdock is still pretending to be his own twin brother Mike to keep people from realizing he's Daredevil. Doing so means he's in the crowd instead of behind the bench at Leap-Frog's trial, where a careless lawyer gives Leap-Frog back his spring shoes. He escapes, but the shoes weren't attached properly, and he breaks his leg in the process. Stilt-Man arrives to team up with Leap-Frog, but Daredevil keeps him busy enough to prevent that. However, when a third super-villain arrives on the scene, two of them get away.
