Daredevil hears about another incident involving the Torpedo, and heads out to investigate. This time he hears the Torpedo's side of the story, and starts to believe him. When the would be heroes realize the magnitude of the collateral damage their fight causes, the battle ends, and the new Torpedo leaves DD with the papers that convinced him to do what he did.
